We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location right at the river was stunning and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The boat shuttle service was a unique and charming experience, especially during sunset. The spacious rooms with balcony views were beautifully furnished and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The manager was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable without being intrusive. The amenities such as the pool and the convenient boat to cross the river into town added to the overall enjoyable experience. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at a riverfront hotel in Southeast Asia. The location is perfect, right across from the old town and easily accessible by a complimentary boat ride. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views of the lush grounds and the river. The breakfast was exceptional, served outside on the veranda, with a delicious bread and pastry basket. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was unforgettable. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and new push bikes.
The lighting in some areas of the hotel could have been better.

Comfortable and well-equipped rooms, great location, and friendly staff. The hotel's rooms are spacious and have everything a business traveler would need, including a minibar and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it is close to the city center and easily accessible by boat. the availability of a boatman to ferry guests across the river is a great bonus.
Limited variety at breakfast and the pool could use more sun loungers. The breakfast spread lacked variety and could use some improvement.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, and it takes a long time to get there. the hotel is quite old and outdated.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in this hotel. From the wonderful staff to the convenient location just across the river from the center of town, everything was top-notch. I particularly loved being able to use the free bicycles provided by the hotel to explore the city. The hotel facilities themselves were extremely clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to my day.
Couldn’t fault anything during my stay at this hotel.
